How I made creamy garlic soup.

I ________¹ to make creamy garlic soup. First I ________² that I had all necessary ________³ at home. To make this soup you need: garlic (of ________⁴), cream (the best is whipping cream), oil (it doesn´t ________⁵ if it is olive oil or sunflower oil), flour, salt and thyme. Fortunately we ________⁶ everything at home, so I didn´t have to ________⁷ to the shops.

First I ________⁸ and squashed five garlic cloves. Then I put three spoons of oil in a pot. I heated the oil a little and added the squashed garlic. But only half of it. The rest was still on the plate waiting for further use. I ________⁹ the garlic in the oil but not too long. Then I poured some ________¹⁰ on it. I put two tea spoons of salt. Then I boiled the soup.

I took a glass and I put a little water, the cream and the flour (two spoons) in it. I ________¹¹ them with a spoon (you can also use twirling stick if you have one in your kitchen). Then I ________¹² this mixture from the glass into the pot. I stirred it all the time until the soup started to boil again. Then I turned ________¹³ the gas and put the rest of the squashed garlic and a ________¹⁴ of thyme in the soup.

After 10 minutes I started my ________¹⁵. I put some grated cheese in my soup and also crunchy croutons. Yummy!
